I'm not a doctor, but after seeing "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" as an adult, I believe that the Zhang Ziyi character probably was bipolar, paranoid schizophrenic, and had lethal amounts of arrogance toxin in her hot, kung-fu-lovin, blood....Seriously, were we supposed to sympathize with such a ridiculously stupid character?
