The Tourist

Was less than thrilled by "the Tourist." Angelina Jolie is not as action-girl as we know she can be, full of blandness, and is basically selling this on her looks. Johnny Depp's character is a goof/the load/unlikable (seriously? Spanish in Italian setting?), granted he gets a lot more of his characteristic charm 3/4 in, it's still a long road to get there. 90% of the other characters are jerks/unlikable (10% consisting of innocent bystanders and Timothy Dalton), the lines are horrible, the action is minimal to non-existent, and worst offense of all: predictable twist.
